Examples of content I created and designed across the funnel, from research reports and regulatory guides to case studies and buyer resources.
Clients and prospects alike kept asking us if we knew how sustainability teams were using AI for climate work. After researching, I realized no content existed on the topic. To fill this gap, I designed a client survey, analyzed the findings, and then wrote and designed this original research report.
Our prospects were typically first-time or second-time software buyers who didn’t necessarily know what to evaluate when selecting a carbon management software vendor. I worked with both clients and sales reps to identify key evaluation criteria—especially criteria where we held a competitive advantage—then compiled those insights into this buyers guice, which I wrote and designed.
When I heard a client was thrilled with their first verification experience with us, I saw an opportunity to capture their story. I chose a written Q&A format so that I could highlight the work of the main contact, make the story more conversational, and make it easier to get approval from their communications team for publishing. I conducted the interview, wrote the piece, and coordinated publication approval.
We wanted to create case studies featuring recognizable brands. I identified Dell as a priority since they have a recognizable brand name, fit within our ICP, and had succesfully used our software. I reached out to Dell, interviewed three team members, drafted the case study, and managed approval through to publication.
When the EU passed the CSDDD regulation, the official legal text was dense and difficult to parse. I worked with an internal SME to distill the regulation into the essential information our clients needed: who had to comply, when, and what actions they needed to take. I translated complex legal language into a plain-language guide with visuals, charts, and simplified bullet points to make it quickly digestible.
As California’s Senate Bill 253 moved through the legislative process with frequent changes, I created this blog to serve as a single, regularly updated resource for clients navigating emissions disclosure requirements. I broke down the regulation into essential information: who had to comply, when compliance was required, and how to meet the requirements.
